AUTHOR'S BIO:

Family legend has it that Walter L. Kleine was a writer (storyteller) before he knew how to put words on paper, making up wildly fantastic tales of his adventures with his favorite stuffed rabbit. He “decided to be a writer” in mid-high school, and wrote his first published story three years later. In grad school he moved into photojournalism, where he won numerous state and national awards, up to Pulitzer finalist, and never stopped writing fiction or for the newspaper. In recent years, as Kleine Editorial Services he has edited, rewritten, or ghostwritten well over 100 books and novels, perhaps pushing 200, he stopped counting long ago, on “everything from real estate to sex.” He lives in Berkeley, CA, and is a member of Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America.
