AUTHOR'S BIO :

Jennifer Brassel has a strong background in Ancient history and Mythology and had been writing for 11 years before her first novel Trust in Dreams, a romance based on the myth of Psyche and Eros, was published in Australia in 2000. This novel was followed by Honour Bound in 2002. The young adult adventure, Staff of Fire, was inspired by Jennifer’s teenage daughter – an inveterate ‘Buffy’ fan who believes too many novels aimed at her age group have lost that magical element of ‘fun’. Jennifer also writes mainstream historical suspense.

Jennifer lives in Sydney, Australia, with her TV host husband, two teenage children and an adorable bichon that rules the roost. She holds a master’s degree in Creative Writing and teaches writing at the local community college, is currently President of Romance Writers of Australia and is a member of Romance Writers of America.
