AUTHOR’S BIO: As an “army brat” I had periods in my life where I was “that new kid” and went through a period of having no friends. Books became my constant friends until I found the human kind. I particularly loved history. As an army dependent I met my husband in the Philippines. We have four children, eight grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
